Damage to a home happens because of accidents, wear & tear and the use of substandard building practices/materials. When you repair your home it is important to do so in a way that helps minimize the recurrence of similiar problems in the future. For us, there is only one standard for fixing a home - the highest standard. We do not believe in patching over damage and hoping for the best. When repairing damage we start by diagnosing the cause of the damage and follow-up with the proper modifications to the area using the best materials available in order to reduce the chance of future damage.
In this house a section of the floor had to be cut out and replaced due to a leaking fridge.
The floor and wall had to be torn out in this home in order to make sure that all mold was removed from the bedroom. Better insulation and vapor barrier was installed to prevent further mold growth.
In order to fix the foundation of this old porch the whole structure had to be removed and rebuilt.
